Our snacks are made from fresh raw food from Spanish farming, following a strict and careful dehydration process so that they retain all their nutritional properties. MAIKAI products are dehydrated with hot air at a low temperature for a long period of time, preserving the nutritional components.

One of the advantages of this dehydration process is that it allows a shelf life of more than 1 year.

No, all our snacks are not suitable for cats. The snacks you can give your cat are our softer snacks: anchovies, beef livers and lungs and chicken strips.

The softer snacks are ideal for smaller dogs, i.e. anchovies, beef livers and lungs and chicken strips. Equally, if our furry friend finds it difficult to chew snacks, we can cut them into smaller portions to make things a little easier for it. We work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with a delivery time of 24/48 working hours in the Iberian Peninsula. For other countries the delivery time is extended to 24-48 hours. This excludes launch periods, promotions or campaigns such as Black Friday or Christmas, when these delivery times are not guaranteed. But we assure you that we will do our best, but if we can’t make it, it will be worth the wait!

If you place your order on a working day before 18h, you may receive it on the next working day, otherwise the delivery time may be extended by one day. On weekends and public holidays, deliveries are handled on the next working day.

Delivery of the products will take place subject to stock availability. If we run out of stock, we will inform you. No form of compensation is due for stock-outs.

To find out when your order is dispatched, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation of your order by email from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date.
