What are licks?
Lickings points are the points you earn to convert them into discount vouchers and use them on your orders. As you accumulate licks, you’ll level up, unlocking exclusive perks.

When you create a user account you receive 300 welcome licks.
Make a purchase
Put in your basket all the products you need for your furry friend.
Complete an order
You will receive 1 lick for every €1 you spend on your orders. In addition, you will receive 50 licks for each completed order.
Orders of +60€.
For every completed order over 60€, you will receive 10 extra licks.
Leave a comment
Leave a comment rating a purchased product and get 50 licks.

We'll give you 100 licks to celebrate your furry friend's birthday!
Invite a friend
You will get 25 licks each when your friend registers and 50 licks when they complete an order over £25.

Club Frequently asked questions
If you already have a MAIKAI account, you automatically become a member of the Club. If you have not yet registered, you can register in the “My account” section. Join now and start earning licks!
It’s easy! You can earn licks by registering, making purchases, completing orders, recommending to a friend… and much more!
Your licks will be converted into vouchers to redeem on your purchases. You can get vouchers of different amounts depending on how many licks you have collected: €5, €7.5, €10, €12 and €15. Collect licks and redeem them when you decide.
Licks can be redeemed for discounts on every order or accumulated.
Yes, that depends on you and the licks you have accumulated.
We are sorry to say yes. The licks are valid for 6 months, so you will have to redeem them before… but don’t worry, the MAIKAI team will contact you when they are about to expire so that you don’t miss the opportunity to redeem them.
