Affiliates and Ambassadors Registration
*If you already have an account registered with an email address as a MAIKAI Pets user, you will not be able to create an affiliate account with that email address. In this case, you will need to log in and then fill in the form to join the affiliate programme or use a different email address for the affiliate programme.
