Delivery times for domestic shipments

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we work to deliver your order quickly, with delivery times of 24-72 business hours in mainland Spain. This excludes launch periods, promotions, sales, and campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Sales, during which these delivery times are not guaranteed. But we assure you that we will do everything possible, and even if we can't meet your deadline, the wait will be worth it!

To find out when your order is shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We'll send you an order shipping confirmation email from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date.

If you place your order on a weekday before 6 PM, you could receive it the next business day; otherwise, the delivery time may be extended by one day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Products will be delivered subject to availability. If stock runs out, we will inform you. No compensation will be due for out-of-stock items.

How does the delivery work and what should I do if I am not home on the day of delivery?

An initial delivery attempt will be made to the shipping address provided. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the local branch will attempt to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also unavailable for the second delivery, the order will be held at the branch for you to collect.

If for any reason they haven't been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at shop@maikaipets.com so we can provide you with contact information or help you in any way necessary.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the link in the order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can use the tracking tool in the email sent by the logistics company.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

If you notice any incorrect information, you can modify it through your customer area if the order hasn't been processed yet, or you can email us at shop@maikaipets.com . Please note that this may increase the delivery time by 24 to 48 hours. Don't forget to double-check all fields when placing your order!

– Delivery to your home in 2-5 business days.
– Shipping costs: €4.50 for all orders*.

Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic
