Create my free accountFrequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The Club is free: you only need to create your account with your email.
How do I use my Licks?
Open the Club from the icon on the website, choose how many Licks you want to use and a coupon is created for that exact amount: with 352 Licks, your coupon is €3.52. Apply it at checkout.
Do Licks expire?
Your balance stays as long as your account is active. If 6 months go by without earning or using Licks, it resets. We'll email you before that happens.
Which purchases count?
Everything you buy on maikaipets.com. Purchases on Amazon and other online stores don't count towards the Club.

Automatically. When your total purchases on maikaipets.com reach €300, you join The Pack. At €600, you move up to the Devoted level. We'll let you know by email.
Can I lose my level?
No. Once you reach a level, it's yours for good.
